Beat My Rio — terms of use Effective 2 October 2026

The game Beat My Rio is a fictional driving game operated by Shudufhadzo Nemulalate (Shudu), https://shudufhadzo.com/. These terms supplement Apple's standard licensed application end user agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Your applicable consumer rights are preserved.

Using the app You receive permission to use the app for personal entertainment. You must have the authority to accept these terms, or permission from a parent or guardian where required. Racing and road behaviour depicted in the game are fictional and should not be copied on real roads. Sandton is an original stylised game map inspired by the district; it is not a navigation tool or an exact digital replica.

Online play and fair racing Internet access is required for multiplayer, ranked results and the shared Sandton world. The world holds at most ten players, including temporary admission reservations. When full, you can try again after a place opens. Server availability and your network may affect play. Practice remains available offline.

Use respectful racer names and plates. Do not impersonate others, publish personal information about another person, use abusive or discriminatory names, tamper with race inputs or results, attack the service, or exploit bugs to gain unfair records. We may remove invalid results or inappropriate names and restrict abusive use to protect other players. Report problems through support.

Room chat and community rules Chat requires no account and is an optional part of live play. Use Block to stop messages from a driver and Report on a message to request review. Do not send harassment, discriminatory or sexual content, threats, spam, links, or another person's private information. Attempts to send severe abuse, links or excessive messages are filtered. We may restrict abusive use and remove inappropriate content. Reports are reviewed through the support process.

Results and progress Ranked results are published only after server verification. An interrupted or unverifiable race may not produce a leaderboard entry. Best times are grouped by difficulty and circuit. Free drive has no laps, finish timer or ranked results. Local settings can be lost after deleting or resetting the app. No prize or financial reward is promised for leaderboard positions.

Ownership and third-party materials Game code, art and presentation are protected by their applicable rights. Third-party model and software credits are available in Settings → Credits & licenses. Vehicle names identify the in-game models and do not imply manufacturer sponsorship or affiliation. Do not extract and redistribute third-party models as standalone assets. Sandton imagery consulted during research is not redistributed as game textures.

Service changes and responsibility The app and online services may be updated, suspended or retired. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no uninterrupted service or particular result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple's standard agreement governs the license relationship, support allocation and other Apple-required terms.
